REFUND POLICY

Returns Eligibility

 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

 

Non-returnable items include:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

Return Process

 

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the provided address.

 

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@strivingtosatisfy.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund:

 

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@strivingtosatisfy.com with photos and order details. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
